What We Do

What We Don't Do

  • ✗ IP Address Leasing/Rental: We do not lease, rent, or provide temporary use of IP address space
  • ✗ Resource Assignment: We do not assign or transfer Internet number resources outside formal RIR procedures
  • ✗ Unauthorized Announcements: We do not facilitate BGP announcements without proper resource authorization
  • ✗ Policy Circumvention: We do not assist with activities that bypass or violate RIR policies
  • ✗ Unregistered Transfers: We do not facilitate off-registry or undocumented resource movements
  • ✗ Non-B2B Engagements: All services are strictly business-to-business; we do not serve individual consumers

Critical Distinction: VpLab LTD provides services related to Internet number resources and RIPE Objects. We do not own, lease, rent, or directly provide Internet number resources themselves. All resource allocations, assignments, and transfers occur through and are governed by the applicable Regional Internet Registry (RIR).

B2B Service Delivery

All VpLab LTD services are delivered exclusively on a business-to-business basis. Each engagement is governed by a written service agreement that defines:

No Resource Ownership

VpLab LTD does not own, hold, or control Internet number resources. We provide services related to such resources but do not act as a resource holder or assignee. All resource allocations and assignments remain under the governance of the applicable RIR.

No IP Leasing or Rental

VpLab LTD does not lease, rent, or provide temporary use of IP address space. Any characterization of our services as "IP rental" or "IP leasing" is inaccurate. We provide administrative, operational, and technical services related to RIPE Objects and facilitate policy-compliant transfers through registered RIR procedures.

Limitations of Liability

VpLab LTD's liability is limited as defined in each service agreement. We are not responsible for RIR decisions, policy changes, transfer rejections, or third-party actions beyond our control. Detailed terms are provided in our Terms of Service.
